  Yes, yes we can. And we know its alarming- but dont panic.. this stuff happens.

  We can't say for sure, but its likely - just dirt. We know, its disgusting. Give us a call and we will come over and take this situation into our own hands..

• Why is there black stuff coming out of my mini-split?

  This isn't a popular answer- but it just happens. Things get cold, then they get hot, then they get humid- and well.. stuff just builds up. And like they say misery likes company.. so once the grime sets in- its easily compounded especially if not cleaned regularly. But listen- THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT!! Dirt finds a way...

• Will you move the furniture around my mini-split so you can access it?

  Unfortunately, we can not move your furniture. Please have any and all items moved from the area around and below your mini-split to ensure the safety of those items! Cleaning a mini-split is a messy job and we don't want any of your stuff to get messed up. We also need clear access to the mini-split in order to do our job! Thanks for understanding!

• How much do your services cost?

  $300 for one Mini-split
  $600 for 2 Mini-splits
  $900 for 3-4 Mini-splits
  $250 each additional mini-split after 4.

• How much are your yearly plans?

  We don't really have yearly plans- however we are happy to schedule you for the next year or even bi-yearly if you'd like!

• Do you give discounts for Property Managers?

  Yes, we do. Get in touch and we will give you a free estimate.!
